SCHEDULING POLICY

When scheduling, we require a credit card to hold your appointment. We do not charge your credit card before your service and you can pay using any form of accepted payment at the time of your service(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel your appointment, we understand. We kindly request at least 24-hour notice in order to allow us to fill the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the service(s) scheduled.  This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you, as well as others.  By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our rescheduling/cancellation policy. 

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you miss your appointment and you do not call to cancel or re-schedule, your credit card will be processed for the full price of the service(s) scheduled.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation fee.

We encourage you to schedule two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.

All new clients please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please respect the tranquility of spa guests.  Turn off all cellphones and devices prior to entering the spa.  All children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Some unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt.  Treatment series, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable.

TREATMENT OUTCOMES

We will be honest in all our dealings with you.  Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.  Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
