SCHEDULING POLICY

In order to secure an appointment, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled is required.  This deposit can be paid by credit card or gift card/gift certificate.  You may use a different form of payment to pay the balance on the day of your service(s), if desired.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel your appointment, we understand.  We kindly request at least 24 hour notice of cancellation in order to allow us to fill the appointment time.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice are subject to 50% cost of the service(s) scheduled.  If you miss your appointment or cancel the same day as your appointment, your credit card will be charged for the total cost of the service(s) scheduled.

A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for Spa packages, Group packages and appointments with multiple services. If cancellation is made with less than 48 hour notice, your credit card will be charged for the total cost of the services scheduled.

This policy allows us to compensate your scheduled service provider(s) for their time and maintains a higher availability of time for you, as well as others.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you miss your appointment and you do not call to cancel or re-schedule, your credit card will be processed for the full price of the service(s) scheduled.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation fee.

We encourage you to schedule two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.

All new clients please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms, or other paperwork.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please respect the tranquility of spa guests.  Turn off all cellphones and devices prior to entering the spa.  All children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Some unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt.  Treatment series, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. Medical grade products are non-refundable. 

TREATMENT OUTCOMES

We will be honest in all our dealings with you.  Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.  Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
